Ortiz Tuna

Bonito del Norte is considered to be the finest of tunas in Spain. This mild white tuna has a rich flavor and delicate texture. The tuna is line-caught with rod and hook in the Cantabrian sea, then hand packed in olive oil to keep it moist and flavorful.
