Paella Cooking Class Feb 20th

Join us Friday Febuary 20th for a hands on Paella Cooking Class! We will demonstrate the cooking of paella and discuss the history and origin. The evening will have 3 courses, salad, paella and dessert all paired with wine.  Each couple will take home the recipes and your very own paella kit to recreate the experience for your friends and family at home.  Paella kit includes: Authentic paella pan for 6 servings, Bomba rice, La Mancha Saffron, señorio de Vizcántar olive oil, smoky paprika and two recipes.
