WINE CLUB CONDITIONS AND POLICIES
Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
Signature and identification is required from a person 21 years or older by FedEx at time of delivery.
Membership can be cancelled anytime without further obligation except for wines shipped prior to receiving your notice of cancellation.
Memberships will be automatically renewed annually unless notified.
Shipments cannot be made to P.O. boxes.
Shipments are sent FedEx Ground, unless "Pick-up at winery" has been selected when signing up for membership.
Please see our shipping map to find out if we are allowed to ship to your state. If you live in a state that we do not currently ship to, please email us at info@purplestarwines.com for information regarding future shipping availability in your area.
Extra shipping charges for "incorrect address" or "unavailable for signature" will be billed to the member.
