Sourced from Washington State’s Yakima Valley AVA. Purple Star Malbec leads with dark violet hues, aromas of black fruits and complementary flavors of blackberry jam and chocolate with fine grained tannins.

Dark hues of red and violet lead to aromas of black cherry, dark blueberry and black raspberry, followed by flavors of blackberry jam, black licorice, chocolate and spice. Fine grained tannins and moderate acidity follow through the long finish. 

Aromas of apricot and white peaches carry through the sweet mid palate with flavors of dried apricot, stone fruits and honey. Balanced on the finish with natural acidity. 

Clean and bright with notes of grapefruit, lemon grass and lime carrying though on the palet.  Followed by solid acidity and a clean dry finish.
