2021 Purple Star Sauvignon Blanc
Clean and bright with notes of grapefruit, lemon grass and lime carrying though on the palet. Followed by solid acidity and a clean dry finish.
Steady cool fermentation entirely in stainless steel for a period of 47 days. Wine was left sur lie for a period of 3 months for a slightly creamy mouthfeel.
